The food was very good (‘almost worth losing a tooth,’ according Anri, whose temporary dental work gave out mid-meal) but Superette's visual identity was even better. Designed by Woodstock resident Erika Koutný: ‘I have found joy in the over simplified. No fancy footwork, just basic stuff. We’re in recession, so if it didn’t work in black, it didn’t work.’ Interview here.
