Grilled Pizza

For those of you heading into summer: don’t make it to August without grilling pizza. Invite as many people as you like; just make the dough and ask your friends to bring the toppings. Easy. It’s a lovely ice breaker and a very relaxed way of hosting big numbers.

Even better: s’mores afterwards. These Marie biscuits were serviceable, but next time I’ll be making graham crackers (singularly hard to describe to South Africans: ‘It’s snappy like a cracker, but sweet, kind of like a Digestive...’) and vegetarian marshmallows from scratch.
