Breakfast Bars


Nigella Lawson’s Breakfast Bars, adapted from Nigella Express

1 can condensed milk
350g rolled oats
100g dried cranberries
75g sunflower seeds
75g pumpkin seeds
125g unsalted peanuts

Preheat oven to 130C. Warm the condensed milk. Add all ingredients to condensed milk, spread into a tin with a spatula. Bake for 1 hour; cut into bars after 15 min. Allow to cool completely before removing.
